Great opportunity for a Legal or Administrative Assistant looking to work with experienced litigation professionals at a law firm located in downtown Montreal!
Our client, a law firm known for its pleasant and dynamic work environment, is looking for a Legal Assistant, in a more administrative role, to cover maternity leave.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Legal and Administrative Assistant, you will support the Lawyers in their files.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and format correspondence and follow up on it;
  • Open and organize work files;
  • Follow up with clients, Lawyers, and other team members;
  • Update data in various software programs;
  • Maintain annual maintenance lists for team members;
  • Perform clerical tasks (photocopying, scanning, filing physical and electronic files, etc.).
REQUIRED SKILLS :
  • DVS in secretarial studies or any other relevant combination of training and experience will be considered;
  • Experience as a Legal or Administrative Assistant is required;
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English and French;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Team spirit and good interpersonal skills;
  • Autonomy, meticulousness and attention to detail.
