Job Description
Role Summary:
Leasing Specialists work with prospective tenants from the beginning of leasing experience right through to moving day. This will include follow up customer service surveys and handling a wide array of tasks which include showing units, completing paperwork and all related administrative tasks and any other tasks as deemed necessary.
Responsibilities:
Leasing & Sales
Meet with prospective tenants and provide information on units and building offerings, availability and pricing. Show units and building amenities to prospective tenants and oversee completion of leasing paperwork. Process rental applications including all required landlord and credit checks. Maintain a good working knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act. Inspect all upcoming units to know the product you are renting and update the Property Manager on any issues found in vacant units.
Administrative
Assemble and maintain stock of leasing marketing materials and lease packages Preparation of leasing and leasing related documentation Filing of tenant documentation Follow up on all leads sent Assist with answering phones and walk in's to the rental office Updating the availability report daily and working with marketing director on website and other materials as required Assist in other areas as needed or as role changes to adapt to the ever changing environment of leasing Market surveys done quarterly Customer service surveys Other reports as the job demands. Other duties as assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
