We are seeking an experienced, RECA-licensed

Residential Leasing Specialist

to manage showings, tenant placement, and lease administration for a diverse portfolio of rental properties. This contract position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property showings for prospective tenants across Edmonton and surrounding areas Manage the tenant application and screening process efficiently and in compliance with legislation Draft and execute lease agreements Complete move-in inspections and ensure accurate, timely documentation Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and qualify leads effectively Keep property owners informed of market activity and leasing progress Maintain organized records and submit paperwork as required

Qualifications

Active

RECA license

as a real estate agent or property manager (required) Proven experience in leasing, residential real estate, or property management Strong understanding of the

Edmonton and area rental market

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for property visits Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
