Responsibilities:

Tenant Engagement Extraordinaire: If you thrive on connecting with people, decoding their needs, and leaving a lasting positive impact, this role is for you. Foster relationships with tenants by addressing inquiries, managing repair requests, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.

Leasing Maestro: Are you a natural communicator who loves a challenge? Navigate the leasing process with finesse, from processing applications and credit checks to administering tenancy agreements.

Move-In/Move-Out Maestro: Bring your organizational prowess to the forefront. Efficiently coordinate resident moves, collaborate with maintenance staff on logistics, and conduct move-in/out inspections.

Inspections Virtuoso: Detail-oriented individuals, this is your stage. Conduct regular inspections of buildings and suites to maintain compliance with quality and safety standards.

Administrative Dynamo: If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling emails, phone calls, filing, and maintaining on-site records, then your talents are needed here.
