A high level of service in hospitality, Property Management and Sales experience are desirable attributes.Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the residential leasing activities in the Toronto portfolio
• Manage and lead the team of Leasing Associates
• Respond to leasing inquiries, securing appointments to view the property and update/record activity
• Prepare and execute leases in accordance with our property standards and government regulations
• Screen prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements, including conducting reference background checks and credit checks
• Close sales for leasing unfurnished suites to meet or exceed company goals
• Ensure a positive customer experience by setting precise expectations and informing clients accurately on the leasing process
• Ensure timely and accurate completion and entry of all leasing documentation, including application forms, Tenancy Agreements, and other supporting documentation
• Participate in weekly leasing meetings
• Uphold Westbank Livings mission, vision, and values serving as a brand and cultural ambassador for our residents, co-workers, vendors, and the public
• Ensure compliance with all legislation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years residential leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of the local residential market and leasing principles
• Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling
• Ability to easily build rapport with prospective clients
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written; professional phone manner; good conflict-resolution skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships
• Passion for excellence in customer service delivery
• Must be able to work some evenings/weekends and statutory holidays
• Advanced knowledge of marketing and social media practices
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
• Project a professional image and demeanor
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with smart phone and tablet technology
• Familiarity of DocuSign, Yardi Voyager, Rent Caf\xc3\xa9, and Rent Caf\xc3\xa9 CRM

Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per yearBenefits:

• Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Sales: 4 years (preferred)
• Property leasing: 4 years (required)
