We are seeking a Leasing Manager in Toronto, who thrives on driving success and achieving sales goals while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As the Leasing Manager, you will report to the Regional Sales & Marketing Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties.

Leasing Manager Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7Lead and mentor a team of Senior Leasing Consultants, Floating Leasing Consultants, and Leasing Consultants, providing guidance and support in achieving sales goals
\xc2\xb7Collaborate with the Leasing and Learning Coordinator to assess learning and skills development needs, and contribute to implementing effective plans
\xc2\xb7Oversee day-to-day leasing operations, including prospect interaction, application processes, and ensuring suite and model preparedness
\xc2\xb7Conduct regular meetings with direct reports and their teams, fostering open communication and alignment
\xc2\xb7Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute leasing strategies
\xc2\xb7Monitor and analyze market data, conduct mystery shops, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
\xc2\xb7Identify local marketing and advertising opportunities to enhance community visibility
\xc2\xb7Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and providing timely and accurate information to other departments

Leasing Manager Qualifications:
\xc2\xb73-5 years in leading a sales team
\xc2\xb7Degree or an equivalent combination of education in Sales
\xc2\xb7Exposure to leasing & sales in a multi-residential or related industry asset class would be an asset
\xc2\xb7Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with a professional demeanor
\xc2\xb7Proactive and adaptable, with excellent problem-solving capabilities
\xc2\xb7Superior organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work under tight deadlines
\xc2\xb7Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with Yardi is a plus
\xc2\xb7Valid driver\'s license and access to a vehicle for travel
