Leasing Manager

to join our team.

Role Overview

As Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process -- from marketing and tenant communications to screenings and lease signings. You will work closely with management and onsite teams to ensure units are leased efficiently, tenants are well-screened, and properties are filled with reliable residents who meet our standards.

Key Responsibilities

Create and post engaging rental listings on social media, rental websites, and online marketplaces. Develop creative marketing strategies to generate high tenant interest and strong application volume. Respond to tenant inquiries and communicate effectively with prospective renters. Conduct property showings for prospective tenants in a professional and welcoming manner. Screen applicants thoroughly, including references, credit checks, and employment verification. Ensure all tenants meet company and property requirements prior to lease approval. Prepare lease agreements and coordinate move-in/move-out processes. Collaborate with property management and finance teams to ensure smooth leasing operations.
Qualifications

2+ years of leasing, or related sales/marketing experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Marketing mindset -- able to design compelling ads and social media posts. Comfortable showing properties in person and interacting with tenants. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Knowledge of Ontario landlord-tenant regulations is a plus. Valid driver's license (travel within GTA/Hamilton required).
