We are seeking an experienced multi family leasing expert with proven success in apartment leasing and apartment office administration, for an active adult living apartment community in Leduc.
As Leasing Manager, you will be responsible not only for leasing suites, but for creating a special place where our residents want to live, through exceptional customer service, and tenant programming and engagement.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full leasing operations of the property, supporting the on site team ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maximizing occupancy rates. This role requires a strong background in property management, working with seniors, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively with potential tenants for new rentals and our existing residents on renewals

Key Responsibilities
:
Manage the leasing process from start to finish including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and facilitating the leasing and move in processes ensuring a positive experience for prospective tenants and lease renewals.
Ensuring high level of tenant satisfaction, resulting in long term tenants and reducing turnover.
Management of all aspects of the marketing, promotion and advertising program for the property including all advertising, print materials, web advertising, signage, social media platforms, internet listing services, and website.
-Development of a marketing plan and budget based on occupancy requirements
Conduct data entry tasks related to tenant applications, lease agreements, and other administrative functions.
- Assist with tenant engagement for resident activities and events.
Develop strong rapport with residents through effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills.
Maintain all forms, and tenant files relating to the move in and move out process
Complete traffic reports and vacancy reports for strategic planning.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience with advertising including print media and all forms of social media.
Experience in apartment management and leasing, including progression in roles and responsibilities.
- Experience working with seniors in independent living environments
Experience with Yardi Rent Cafe. and Yardi Breeze
Event planning considered an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; Canva, and CRM software for managing contacts.
Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive, go-getter attitude.
Above-average computer literacy and ability to adapt quickly to new software.
Knowledge of Acts, Laws, and Legislation related to residential property management.
Proficient administrative skills acquired in an office setting.
