We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Development Leasing & Sales Coordinator to support our development and sales team. This position requires strong administrative skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a solid understanding of property management processes.This role will play a key part in coordinating leasing, marketing, and sales activities across our development projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate all leasing and sales activities for new and existing developments.
Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team, leasing agents, and marketing partners.
Manage lead generation, client inquiries, and follow-up communications.
Prepare and maintain sales and leasing documentation, contracts, and reports.
Lead marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, open houses, and promotional materials.
Ensure consistent brand presentation and high-quality client experience throughout the leasing and sales process.
Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in business, real estate, marketing, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in real estate development, sales coordination, or leasing administration (residential or commercial).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to oversee end-to-end sales and leasing activities.
Proven marketing initiatives that elevated project visibility and accelerated sales and leasing success.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
