Are you eager to gain experience in residential leasing and property management? We're seeking a customer service-driven individual to join our clients team on a contract position (2 weeks with potential for extension). The Leasing Consultant position involves flexible hours, including some weekend and evening shifts, based on the assigned schedule.

A typical day:

Handle inquiries from prospective residents professionally and courteously

Provide excellent service to clients by understanding their needs

Encourage viewings and appointments with prospective residents

Conduct property tours and highlight its features to secure commitments
/lili
Qualify prospects to determine their needs and assist with applications
/lili
Monitor sales paths, ensuring suites and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

The successful candidate brings:

2+ years in sales, customer service, real estate, hospitality, or marketing
/lili
High school diploma required; college diploma or bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys engaging with the public
/lili
Self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
/lili
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook. Yardi experience is not required but preferred
/lili
Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Total rewards:
