Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based position offering a highly competitive commission for each lease signed.

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a key role in guiding prospective tenants through the leasing process while ensuring a smooth and positive experience. This role requires strong communication, excellent customer service, and effective negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Respond to inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels. Proactively follow up with prospective tenants to maintain engagement and close deals. Prepare and process lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of applications, lease agreements, and property listings in property management software. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing tenant concerns and supporting smooth move-in processes. Travel to various property locations to meet with clients and conduct tours.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks. Strong sales skills with a proven track record in customer service. Knowledge of property management practices and relevant regulations is an asset. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Familiarity with filing systems and general office organization. Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills. Reliable transportation is required to meet clients and conduct property tours across the city. Flexibility to respond to leads and follow up outside standard business hours.
