Then you've come to the right place.We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to help us advertise and lease our clients' properties. Maintaining a positive relationship with landlords and tenants, contributing to a positive workplace environment.As a leasing agent, you'll be responsible for: advertising properties, showing properties, screening applicants, coordinating the execution of lease documents, and moving a resident into their new home.Requirements:

• Pays attention to details

• Pays attention to timelines

• Verbal and written communication skills in english

• Access to a motor vehicle and a mobile phone

• The ability to take initiative in solving problems

Nice-To-Have's

• An interest in real estate
• Knowledge of the Windsor landscape

• Experience in a sales or customer facing role

• Be able to use internet applications on a phone and / or computer

Experience:

• Sales or Management: 1 year (preferred)
