CPG is seeking to hire Leasing Agent's to assist with our properties near the university of Waterloo. Leasing Agent's will be responsible for over 750 new and renewal leases throughout the duration of their employment with a base salary and competitive commissions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming/ outgoing telephone calls, greeting visitors, processing applications and submitting a completed leasing package to the property management team.
A strong work ethic is required for this position; we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and possesses strong people skills. The job includes fun weekly competitions, weekly bonuses, and staff events.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: $3,000.00-$10,000.00 per month
