Develop and manage marketing for vacant apartments.
Post ads on internal platforms and conduct apartment showings.
Lease apartments, reduce vacancies, and handle deposit collection.
Guide prospective tenants through applications, lease prep, and documentation.
Enter prospect data into management systems.
Monitor competitor pricing, products, and incentives.
Provide weekly traffic reports and adapt to market changes.
Follow up with clients and close deals effectively.
Qualifications:
Preferred background in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related fields.
1-3 years of residential leasing or sales experience (real estate or hospitality preferred).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
