Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and results oriented Leasing Representative to join our Leasing Team in supporting our properties located in Saint John and surrounding areas, NB on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
Field all leasing communication, by phone and email and in person
Perform showing of suites and tours of properties
Follow up with prospective tenants after showing to close the sale
Manage electronic advertisements for a portfolio of properties
Processing applications and lease signings
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2 years' experience in a similar role, property management and/or real estate 1-2 years' experience in sales, marketing and customer service Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel Experience with posting ads on Kijiji, and Facebook Marketing Bilingual (English/French) is an asset Must be flexible including working on weekends/evenings Must have own vehicleJob Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
