Position Overview

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious

Leasing Agent

to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is passionate about real estate. You'll be responsible for representing our listings, handling client inquiries, conducting property visits, and guiding potential tenants through the leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to rental inquiries via phone, email, and text Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants Communicate with landlords, building managers, and current tenants to coordinate access and visit schedules Promote available rental listings across various platforms Assist prospects through the application, screening, and lease-signing process Maintain detailed records of showings, feedback, and client follow-ups Represent Groupe Monticelli with professionalism and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter with strong time management abilities A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle Previous experience in real estate, leasing, customer service, or sales (an asset) Must be fluent in

English and French

Familiarity with the Montreal rental market is a strong plus Must be comfortable working independently and on commission

Pay: $55,000.00-$99,587.22 per year
