Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, building strong relationships with prospective tenants, and ensuring a smooth transition into their new homes. This role requires excellent customer service skills, administrative capabilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants. Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing. Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and lease agreements. Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads and follow up with potential renters. Perform data entry tasks related to tenant information and property management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with property management teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations. Utilize software such as Yardi for managing tenant accounts and property details. Maintain organized files for all leasing documentation and correspondence.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in property management or real estate. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred. Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain positive relationships throughout the leasing process. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus but not required. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
