About the Role

We're looking for a personable, organized, and motivated

Leasing Agent

to join our team at

Langley's newest luxury rental community

! This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and lease up a brand-new, high-end apartment building--while working in a fun, supportive, and locally owned environment.

As the face of the building, you'll guide prospective residents through their leasing journey--from first inquiry to signed lease. You'll get to showcase beautifully designed suites, highlight premium amenities, and help new tenants feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and tour prospective tenants through suites and amenities Manage inquiries, schedule showings, and maintain a tour calendar Send applications, review submissions, and complete lease agreements Communicate with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every prospect feels valued Maintain accurate records and help ensure suites are move-in ready Collaborate with management to meet leasing goals and maintain occupancy targets

What We're Looking For

Friendly, approachable, and confident with people Excellent communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and dependable Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is an asset (but not required) Tech-savvy and comfortable using email, scheduling tools, and digital applications
