About the Role:
We are seeking a Leasing Agent to lease apartment suites, maintain high occupancy, support
marketing initiatives, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to leasing inquiries within 12 hours Schedule and conduct property viewings Assist with applications and qualification Ensure accurate lease completion and communication Monitor competitor rents and promotions
Requirements:
2+ years rental consulting or leasing experience Proven sales and closing skills Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service Organized and able to multitask Reliable transportation and computer skills
