As the first point of contact for prospective tenants, you will play a key role in shaping positive housing experiences. From conducting tours and presenting housing options to guiding tenants through the leasing process, you'll ensure each interaction reflects professionalism, transparency, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome prospective tenants, conduct tours, and answer questions about housing options.
Educate clients on rental benefits and availability.
Stage and prepare units for showings and open houses.
Develop and execute marketing strategies (social media, networking, community outreach).
Manage leads using CRM software and ensure timely follow-up.
Prepare reports on leasing activity, market trends, and tenant feedback.
Support rent collections, lease administration, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with management to identify trends and implement improvements.
The Ideal Candidate:
Post-secondary education in Business, Hotel Management, or 3+ years' relevant experience.
Strong background in sales and customer service.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Social media and marketing experience is an asset.
Flexible and adaptive, able to manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in student housing or rental industry preferred.
Comfortable working both independently and within a team environment.
Ability to conduct on-site property tours with prospective tenants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.15 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
