Leasing Agent

Do you have great customer service skills? Are you a driven individual who works well in teams and desires success in the property management field? Precise Property Management is looking for two contract basis part/full-time individuals who are hardworking, take pride in what they do, and are interested in helping others achieve their goals. We will also provide a paid, 2 week training period to the chosen candidates.

The Leasing Agent is responsible for showing properties, answering questions for tenants, and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate(s) will have an ability to prioritize, multitask, think creatively, take initiative, and resolve any issue quickly and effectively. The successful candidate(s) must be able to work effectively and quickly adjust to changing priorities and situations.

Duties:

Generate interest in our properties by touring the property with prospects and answer all their questions. Assist prospective tenants in qualifying for their desired property by collecting appropriate information, pre-screening. Responding to e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner. Ensure properties are prepared for move-in. Stay informed and aware of rents, specials and events promoted by competitors. Posting notices and inspecting move-ins and move-outs as instructed.

Skills/Requirements:

Discerning observation Ability to take initiative when required Not afraid of working hard and getting hands dirty Valid Class 5 driver's license Assertive personality Willing to work weekends and evenings
