Actively promote and lease rental properties
Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
Respond to inquiries and follow up with potential renters
Assist with lease applications, paperwork, and approvals
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and property managers
Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
A proactive and results-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous leasing, sales, or real estate experience
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred
