Leasing Agent - 100% Commission-Based (Independent Contractor)

We are seeking motivated and professional Commission-Based Leasing Agents to join our expanding property management team. This role is perfect for individuals who are confident communicators, comfortable working independently, and capable of managing property showings across Brampton and nearby areas.

Compensation is purely commission-based, paid per successful lease.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled property showings and provide accurate information to prospective tenants. Represent the company professionally during all tenant and landlord interactions. Handle basic administrative follow-ups related to your leads and showings. Coordinate with management regarding tenant applications, feedback, and leasing progress. Ensure properties are clean and presented professionally during showings. Support leasing operations when required (e.g., inspections, tenant communication).

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and the ability to build rapport with clients. Must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel frequently within Brampton and surrounding areas. Organized, punctual, and responsible with time management. No real estate license required. Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
