Join the Family today, the Dilawri Lifestyle is waiting for you!Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill a position of a Lease Manager.Essential Duties:\xc2\xb7 Maintain lease portfolio while trying to renew customers into new leases\xc2\xb7 Manage the complete portfolio, while leaving senior sales advisors portfolio to manage their own customers.\xc2\xb7 Communicate with the sales manager/general manager on any customers who have not yet been contacted by senior sales advisor and create an action plan.\xc2\xb7 Sell new vehicles to obtain dealership profit, increase volume and maintain customer satisfaction.\xc2\xb7 Relate objectives and planned activities to New Vehicle Sales Manager daily and analyze and review performance to date.\xc2\xb7 Examine and analyze actions continually to best manage time and plan more effectively.\xc2\xb7 Keep updated on technological changes in automotive industry including: new products, features, accessories, and the benefits to customers.\xc2\xb7 Recognize that business is built on customer satisfaction and work diligently toward that goal.\xc2\xb7 Identify each client\'s vehicle requirements by asking questions and listening.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrate new vehicles.\xc2\xb7 Deliver new vehicles to customers and ensure the customer understands the operating features, warranty conditions and all related documents in order to establish customer loyalty.\xc2\xb7 Maintain an owner follow-up and prospect development system to encourage repeat referral and new business; keep log sheets of prospects and contacts.\xc2\xb7 Acquaint customers with service department personnel to emphasize quality and efficiency of dealership operations.\xc2\xb7 Prepare reports on all sales activities, including prospecting, follow-ups, sales presentations, new clients, repeat clients, etc.\xc2\xb7 Deposit payments with cashier immediately, and provide receipts.\xc2\xb7 Accurately complete all appropriate paperwork related to sales on a timely manner.\xc2\xb7 Attend all department meetings.\xc2\xb7 Follow all company and manufacturer policies, directives and procedures.\xc2\xb7 Comply with required health and safety regulations.\xc2\xb7 Perform any other duties as required.\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of finance and insurance products.Performance Criteria:\xc2\xb7 Positive feedback from customers.\xc2\xb7 Expected sales volume and closing ratio.\xc2\xb7 Achieve gross profit levels.\xc2\xb7 Retention and growth of clientele portfolio.Skill & Effort:\xc2\xb7 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.\xc2\xb7 Financially motivated with an ambitious and outgoing attitude.\xc2\xb7 Effective listener and communicator.\xc2\xb7 Strong observation abilities.\xc2\xb7 Manual dexterity for typing / keyboarding.\xc2\xb7 Computer literate.Dilawri Group of Companies is Canada\'s largest automotive group with 75+ franchised dealerships representing 35+ automotive brands throughout Quebec, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and Washington DC.
