We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Lease Administrator to oversee the national lease portfolio. You will be responsible for accurately maintaining lease data, coordinating lease agreements and managing communication with landlords and property management companies. Your meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the successful execution and compliance of lease terms, ultimately impacting the company\'s real estate operations.



As a Lease Administrator you will:

• Review and amend lease agreements, offers, letter of intent while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, legal obligations and negotiations
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all lease agreements to ensure accuracy of lease terms, rent payments, and critical lease dates (expiration, renewals, rent escalations, etc.)
• Proactively manage lease renewal and extension processes while coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely execution
• Generate regular reports on lease portfolio status: key performance indicators and lease-related financial information for management review
• Handle lease document preparation: execute and storage in accordance with company standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with legal counsel to address lease-related legal matters to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
• Ensure effective flow and coordination of communication between various parties, i.e.: legal counsel, landlords, property management, construction and design etc.
• Other duties may be required from time to time

Qualifications

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Business Administration or related discipline
• 1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in lease management or contract management
• Excellent attention to details
• Outstanding time management skills
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Knowledge of database applications and lease administration software
• Experience as legal administrator is an asset
