JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Programs and Logistics Specialist to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate learning activities, ensuring seamless experience for employees and supporting our company's growth and compliance objectives.

This is a full-time entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

Learning Content & Curriculum ManagementUpload and manage course content for both digital and instructor-led training (ILT). Configure learning items, courses, and structured curriculums to support diverse learning paths. Set up mandatory certification and compliance programs. Schedule sessions, manage registrations, and track assignments. Maintain accurate training records, including external completions.

System Administration & Support

Act as the primary contact for LMS-related inquiries and troubleshooting. Configure assessments, evaluations, and surveys to measure learning effectiveness. Collaborate with stakeholders to align LMS functionality with business needs. Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional support for all learning-related requests.

Reporting & Analytics

Generate and distribute standard and custom learning reports. Analyze training data to identify trends, completion rates, and program impact.

Qualifications:Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS); familiarity with platforms like Cornerstone is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
