About the role
We are seeking to recruit a senior team member to work directly with the Head of People to design and lead the L&D effort across our North America operations, which we are aiming to grow to a Headcount of 180 during the financial year 23/24 (Financial Year End is 31 March 2024).
The global People Team comprises 19 colleagues and is led by the Head of People, who is based in London, UK.
This person will be working in our Learning & Development team in support of building out or internal learning and development offerings, which has contributed to our company\xe2\x80\x99s ongoing success in the United States, Canada, and beyond.
This person will be a contributing member of Steer\xe2\x80\x99s North American/International Business Delivery Group, which is comprised of finance, human resources, marketing, legal, L&D, recruitment, facilities, and IT experts. In combination, these disciplines provide us with the breadth and depth to deliver integrated and innovative solutions to the organization.
