Are you interested in supporting our Talent Management team during a unique and transformative time at the LCBO? Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent & Performance, you will support the project management and reporting of the talent & performance management programs. You will also be accountable for the coordination, data analysis, materials preparation, reporting and day-to-day management of the programs while utilizing Human Capital Management System (Workday) functionalities.

About the Role

  • Support the talent assessment and performance review program, including managing the project plan in collaboration with the Sr. Manager Talent & Performance.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the Sr. Manager including scheduling meetings with internal partners, compiling notes and booking venues.
  • Assist with the preparation of materials (e.g., presentations, guides, and job aids).
  • Compile and consolidate talent and performance data into databases, Excel sheets, and presentations to track and report key information.
  • Provide support in partnership with the HR Tech team for program launch and implementation in Workday.
  • Support Sr. Manager in resolving queries and responding to internal partners and provide relevant resources and materials as required.
About You
  • Currently enrolled in post-secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using excel sheet and preparing presentations to present the outcome.
  • Demonstrated administrative support experience.
  • Developed organizational and time management skills to coordinate programs, tackle conflicting deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
