As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for stewarding and evolving Recreation and Social Programs\xe2\x80\x99 (RSP) learning and development (LD) strategy and program. You will play a critical role in the competency and career development of employees in this new Business Unit. You will strategically seek to create professional development opportunities for staff, working collaboratively with management and supervisors to understand the unique development needs and competency gaps of employees in order to design, develop and/or deliver LD programs, training and initiatives.
