JOB OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Director, Global Talent and Learning, the Learning & Development specialist is responsible for supporting the Global Learning & Development team in designing and delivering eLearning courses for HPS globally. The successful incumbent will use a variety of instructional design software tools along with other graphic design tools such as Canva.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use of Articulate 360 AI (Rise &/or Storyline), Vyond, Adobe & Canva for the development/creation of e-learning courses, videos, infographics, job aids, etc. that are creative, interactive and visually appealing, aligned to group and regional needs
E-learning courses translation into Spanish & French with the aid of AI tools.
AI voices creation for E-learning courses
Course testing
Assist in the development & translation of communications related to training programs /activities for the organization
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
University/college studies (in progress) preferably in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Business, Human Resources, Graphic Design or similar
Excellent visual design and eLearning creation skills
Strong Writing Communication Skills
Results Oriented
Good Graphic Design and video editing skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
Basic knowledge of the ADDIE model, instructional design and adult learning principles
100% bilingual (English/Spanish/French) is desirable
