TAC Sports Group and Lifetime Skills Academy (LSA) is looking for a Leadership instructor to deliver our \'Leaders In Training\' program. Working with TAC Sports means you will be working with a team that supports our clients in training and maintaining an active lifestyle. LSA specialized in developing future leaders of tomorrow through our unique programming focusing on finance, success, technology, art, engineering, and science. Our motto is "Creating future leaders in a technological world through Technology, Leadership, and Finance.\xe2\x80\x9d Role and Responsibilities: A successful Leadership Instructor will create and foster a learning environment that allows each participant to learn about different leadership principles, strategies and most importantly about their own self. The \'Leader In Training\' program is created to teach young adults how to be succesfull individuals in any situation they are involved in. As well as prepare them to be volunteers and eventually Coaches/Instructors with TAC Sports Group. Locations we\'re hiring for:

• Bayview & Steeles
• Bayview & Lawrence

Assets:

• Working experience with young adults ages 12+ (mentoring, coaching, tutoring etc.). Experience with camps preferred
• Knowledgeable about leadership principle
• Passionate about personal development, and inspiring others
• Education related to Leadership, Fitness and Organizaton
• Adept at all computer software and basic tablet and computer use

Required:

• Valid Standard Emergency First Aid and CPR-C within two years (at time of the start of work)
• Vulnerable Sector Police Check within one year (at time of the start of work)

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months Salary: $450.00-$700.00 per week Benefits:

• On-site parking

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
