We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Lead Window Installer to join our team in both the Residential and Commercial departments. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met while leading your team on diverse installation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in window installation, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to excellence.

Duties

? Lead and supervise installation team on residential and commercial projects

? Interpret and execute installation plans according to blueprints and specifications

? Perform precise measurements and installations of various window systems

? Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites

? Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

? Train and mentor junior installers

? Manage material inventory and tool maintenance

? Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges

? Conduct quality control inspections

? Complete required documentation and progress reports

Requirements

? Minimum 5 years of experience in window installation (residential and commercial)

? Proven leadership experience in construction or installation teams

? Expert knowledge of window installation techniques and building envelope principles

? Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications

? Valid class 5 driver's license required and access to a vehicle preferred

? Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

? Comfortable working in both Commercial and High-End Residential environments with an extremely high attention to detail and quality control

Education

? Secondary School (preferred)

Experience

? Window Installation: 5-10 years (required)

? Team Leadership: 2 years (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00-$47.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
