As a Lead Visual Designer you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our projects. With 8 to 9 years of experience you will leverage your expertise in design tools to create compelling visual content. Salary and Other Compensation:


The annual salary for this position is between CAD 70,000/Year to CAD 90, 000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.


This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities

Lead the design process from concept to completion ensuring high-quality visual outcomes that align with project objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs. Utilize Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD and Sketch to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces. Develop motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro to enhance storytelling. Design and produce marketing materials using Adobe Edge Animate Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator. Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all visual assets and platforms. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain design standards. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product. Provide expertise in Adobe Photoshop for image editing and enhancement to support project needs. Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation within the team. Contribute to the companys purpose by creating designs that resonate with and engage our audience.

Qualifications

Possess a strong proficiency in Google Web Designer Figma Adobe XD and Sketch. Demonstrate expertise in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro for creating dynamic visual content. Have experience with Adobe Edge Animate Adobe Indesign and Adobe Illustrator for diverse design projects. Show proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for advanced image editing and manipulation. Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Display a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning designs.

Certifications Required

Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Photoshop Adobe XD or related design tools.
