Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and certified AMRT Lead Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead remediation projects, ensure proper safety protocols are followed, and maintain high standards in client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on-site remediation projects, including mold and water damage mitigation. Oversee and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and ensuring work quality. Conduct thorough inspections and moisture assessments in accordance with IICRC standards. Implement containment, demolition, cleaning, and treatment protocols safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation and reports for clients administrative and insurance purposes. Maintain professional client relationships. Ensure compliance with all workplace safety regulations and company policies. Operate company vehicles and transport equipment to job sites as needed.

Qualifications:

AMRT Certification (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician) from IICRC. Proven experience in mold and water remediation projects. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards is preferred.

Pay: $30.00-$42.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
