Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Lead Supervisor to assist the General Manager while ensuring the highest levels of customer service and team performance are being met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in retail sales, supervising/managing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As a Lead Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, managing team dynamics, and maintaining operational efficiency within our retail environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Train, mentor, and develop team members and supervisors to enhance their skills in sales management and customer engagement. Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects company standards. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with upper management to implement sales strategies and promotional activities. Monitor team performance metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Data entry tasks involving Excel and/or Sage Accounting

Qualifications

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong leadership qualities with experience in supervising and employee development would be considered an asset. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
