Lead Snow Shoveller
Brief Description
We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to lead our snow shovellers this winter!
Tasks
Pick up and safely operate a company truck
Complete snow plow logs, and pre-trip truck inspections
Communicate effectively and concisely via phone, text & two way radios
Manage routes and keep team on schedule
Follow up with Operations Manager regarding deficiencies or issues with locations, equipment or staffing
Qualifications and Requirements
Able to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines at one time
Provide exceptional customer service
Possess strong communication, coordination and organizational skills
Work collaboratively within a fast paced team environment
Priority will be given to applicants with prior relevant experience
Working Conditions
This job can be labour intensive at times
Wage based on experience
Must have own transportation to and from head office
Minimum full G Driver's license required
Must be available for flexible hours of work - this position is on-call from November to April and can often include working through the night and/or on weekends/holidays depending on snow fall.

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 50 per week
