We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Siding Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will oversee the installation of various siding materials, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. As a leader on the job site, you will coordinate tasks, mentor team members, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise siding installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality workmanship Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute siding plans Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively during installation processes Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, masons, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow on-site Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks while maintaining safety protocols at all times Prepare surfaces by performing tasks such as caulking, trim carpentry, or stucco application as needed for proper siding adhesion Oversee site safety procedures, enforce OSHA regulations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Skills

On-site siding lead. Minimum 3 years experience. Lead a crew of qualified individuals, trailer will all tools and necessary equipment provided. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and other construction equipment Strong background in roofing, framing carpentry, metal stud framing, masonry, or remodeling is highly desirable Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of various siding materials including vinyl, fiber cement, wood, stucco, or metal panels Experience with fabrication techniques related to siding components or trim carpentry Skilled in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks common on construction sites Familiarity with plumbing or electrical systems that may impact exterior wall work Hands-on experience with restoration projects or renovation work involving exterior finishes Ability to perform precise caulking and sealing for weatherproofing purposes Basic welding skills for metal siding or framing adjustments are a plus Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction site experience including scaffolding use and fall protection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
