We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting. As the lead server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members and guests have an enjoyable dining experience. There is opportunity for growth within this position.

Shifts will be a combination of 8 and 4 hours and will be scheduled between Noon and 8:00 pm. Times may vary based on events, staff absences, & vacations. Average work week will be between 28 and 34 hours.

Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

. This is not a seasonal position; we are open 7 days a week.

```Duties:```

Deliver attentive, efficient, & professional service to our members & guests. Maintain strong knowledge of menus & daily specials Ensure food & beverages are served accurately, promptly, and according to service standards Ensure FOH & BOH communicate effectively Perform opening & closing duties as assigned Assist with table assignments, reservation flow, & ensuring the dining room is properly set & maintained Assist in conducting pre-shift meetings & communicating key information (menu changes, events, service goals) Operate a Point-of-Sale system. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any needs or concerns promptly. Support cleanliness and organization of FOH areas, including service & beverage stations Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all customers receive prompt attention. Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing inventory as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in a food service or restaurant settings is required. Familiarity with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
