About the role




Need experienced scrum master/integration manager with 9 to 13 years of experience. Solid understanding of CRM and integration project is essential.





In this role, you will:



Lead the design and implementation of process and decision simulation solutions to optimize business operations. Oversee reporting and monitoring systems to ensure accurate and timely data analysis. Provide expertise in case management and workflow to streamline organizational processes. Develop process and decision models to enhance decision-making capabilities. Utilize low code design techniques to create efficient and scalable solutions. Design data models that support robust and flexible data management strategies. Architect cloud native solutions to leverage the benefits of cloud hosting. Implement BPMN modeling to standardize and improve business processes. Drive automation architecture initiatives to increase operational efficiency. Apply architectural design patterns to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. Conduct process mining to identify opportunities for process improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives. Ensure all solutions adhere to industry best practices and company standards.


What you must have to be considered



Possess strong technical skills in process and decision simulation reporting and monitoring. Demonstrate expertise in case management workflow and process/decision modeling. Exhibit proficiency in low code design and cloud native architecture. Have experience in data modeling and solution design. Show knowledge of BPMN modeling and automation architecture. Understand architectural design patterns and process mining. Nice to have domain skills in productivity and effectiveness people management and product content management.

Salary and Other Compensation:




The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $117,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
