Group Avversita is a Montreal-based company specializing in the implementation of SAP solutions. We offer strategies for the deployment of Analytical, Cloud and Business Intelligence solutions. Our expertise lies in business case analysis, solution architecture and deployment.


We are looking for a SAP Post-Deployment Hypercare Strategy Manager. You will be responsible for stabilizing operations, managing critical incidents, and coordinating internal and external teams to ensure system performance and continuity.

Main responsibilities :



Develop and manage the Hypercare strategy for each deployment wave, including governance, on-site and remote coverage, travel logistics, and resource alignment. Collaborate with internal and external partners to define, track, and achieve stabilization objectives. Track critical incidents, coordinate their resolution, and lead daily meetings (Scrum) in the event of major issues. Implement mechanisms to minimize disruptions, identify recurring issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP system stability and performance. Manage the prioritization and tracking of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) deliverables during the Hypercare phase. Act as the primary point of contact for critical issues, ensuring escalation and resolution within the required timeframes. Monitor system performance and user feedback, and communicate regularly with stakeholders and management. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment within the Hypercare group by encouraging knowledge sharing. Ensure the transfer of solutions to IT and business support teams in steady state mode.

Job requirements:



Knowledge of manufacturing environments and sales and delivery processes (an asset). Training or experience in ITIL process management (required). Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in major, complex SAP deployments. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA (an asset). Strong leadership, collaboration, rigor, and stress management skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Basic knowledge of technology project management. Willingness to travel regularly to factories in Canada. * Bilingualism (French and English) required.
