What You'll Be Doing

Lead a team of 3 to 6 associates, ensuring effective collaboration and performance. Communicate with other departments regarding material shortages, production delays, and scheduling updates. Enter data for work orders and related tasks accurately and efficiently. Conduct inventory counts and place transfer orders as required. Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance skills and productivity. Recommend improvements to systems and processes to help achieve team key performance indicators (KPIs). Complete and maintain accurate quality assurance documentation, including QA checks. Maintain organization and cleanliness within the production area. Set up individual workstations for packagers and support them with ingredient replenishment. Ensure compliance with First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory management principles. Assign tasks to team members based on work orders and production priorities. Identify and promptly report potential delays or issues to the Supervisor.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation, restaurant, warehouse, or high-volume retail environments preferred. Previous leadership experience is an asset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines. Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment maintained between 0 and 10 degrees Celsius. Highly proficient at multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work. Ability to stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift. Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds (23 kilograms). Consistent and punctual attendance.

What You Can Expect
