Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. Facilitate interactive and inclusive classroom sessions that cater to diverse learning styles. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations; provide constructive feedback. Create a supportive environment that encourages student participation, confidence, and curiosity. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational strategies and share best practices. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and development. Engage with parents or guardians to discuss student progress and address concerns. Incorporate innovative teaching tools and technology to enrich the learning experience.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare certification. Prior experience in teaching or educational program development is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students of varying backgrounds. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Passion for education and commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment. Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs and feedback. Knowledge of current educational best practices and technological tools for instruction. A positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm for inspiring learners of all ages.
