$19.00 per hour

Hours:

Up-to 20 hours per week

Schedule:

Flexible schedule with extended travel and overnight stays

Lead team toward success by fostering collaboration, resolving issues proactively, and making informed decisions to overcome challenges and meet goals. Travel reliably to all assigned store locations, demonstrating strong punctuality and time management skills. Building, modifying, and dismantling product displays and fixtures while strictly adhering to the client's quality and branding standards. Following detailed planograms, ensuring product visibility and brand representation are optimized. Forming and maintain strong, influential relationships with clients, acting as a key representative for the Company and building trust to foster long-term partnerships. To keep all stakeholders informed by completing online reports, uploading photos, and providing regular updates.

Our Ideal Partner

Has proven ability to lead a small team, effectively communicate with stakeholders, and serve as the primary liaison between team members and leadership Is flexible with hours, including occasional extended shifts and last-minute scheduling as needed based on project demands Has a valid driver's license, access to an insured vehicle and is able to travel up-to 5 hours Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Has adequate merchandising experience in a gas and convenience, or big box setting. Has a self-starter mindset, thriving under the pressure and ambiguity of the dynamic Merchandiser role.
