About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead/ Sr Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience, specializing in Python, to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will design and implement robust software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. In this role, you will:

Design and develop scalable software architectures using Python to meet business objectives and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals. Implement best practices in software development and architecture to optimize performance and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs and processes. Identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards in all architectural designs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and align them with business strategies. Optimize existing systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Lead efforts in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to enhance team productivity and project delivery.

What you need to have to be considered

8-12 years of experience in Python development, strong expertise in designing scalable architectures, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to mentor junior developers. Familiarity with agile methodologies and security best practices is essential.
