Help bring team building to life.

TeamBuilding.ca creates fun, engaging, and meaningful experiences that strengthen teamwork, communication, and connection in the workplace. We're building our first flagship sessions here in Calgary -- and we're looking for a creative collaborator to help us bring these experiences to life.

As our

Program Development Lead

, you'll work directly with our founder to design, refine, and pilot the first wave of team building sessions that will soon roll out across Canada.

What You'll Do

Co-design 4-6 flagship sessions that balance fun, collaboration, and real workplace outcomes. Build detailed activity guides, supply lists, and timing breakdowns. Help run early test sessions to ensure smooth facilitation and participant engagement. Bring creative, practical ideas that align with our vision of meaningful team connection.

Who You Are

Experienced in

corporate training, facilitation, or experiential learning.

Love turning ideas into interactive, hands-on experiences. Organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in startup-style environments. Based in

Calgary (or nearby)

with flexibility for daytime pilot sessions. Motivated by purpose and profit -- not just paycheques.

Compensation

This is an

early-stage, profit-share opportunity

-- ideal for someone who believes in building something with lasting impact.

You'll receive a

10% share of profits

from the first 5 sales of each session you help create (capped profit-share). Additional paid opportunities to

facilitate

or

co-deliver

sessions. As the company grows, future paid and leadership roles will open for proven collaborators.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
