Role Summary As a Lead, PR and Communications, you will manage the PR and Comms division. Within this role you will have one report and your goal will be to lead the development of the public relations, communications and influencer strategy for the organization in order to drive trust, awareness and growth from beginning to end. Reporting to the SVP Marketing, you will build the B2B PR and Communications strategy for the organization, build valuable insights and report on results: What is working and why? How can we best scale the campaign? What are the next opportunities? The individual will multitask on many projects at once, must have great project management skills, and can create processes and efficiencies. Key responsibilities
Providing leadership and direction to staff members throughout the organization
Devising communication strategies to deliver high-quality impact and drive brand awareness and trust
Create informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.
Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, build brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
Prepare detailed media activity reports.
Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions.
Respond to communication-related issues in a timely manner.
Making sure all communication and influencer campaigns are of high standard, creative, and delivered within agreed timelines, and ensuring maximum conversions and ROI
Implement tracking across all platforms and campaigns to ensure attribution is set up for accurate reporting
Responsible for ensuring effective budgetary allocation for the B2B communications department
Evaluate customer research, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor data
Review new technologies, developments, and news to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Collaborate with colleagues from across the organization, including the marketing, sales, and product teams.
Requirements Knowledge/Skills
Understanding PR and Communications best practices across various platforms in the B2B space
Understanding of communications and social listening tracking, attribution, and how to measure performance against targets
Strong technical and data analysis skills with the ability to convert insights into actionable items
Be self-motivated and show an ability to work autonomously as and when required
Feel comfortable in an environment that moves fast and changes often, where you will be measured against your ability to meet core objectives
Be willing to seek feedback early and often. Welcome critique, candor, and respectful discourse.
Experience
Minimum of 6-8 years experience in PR and Communications positions
Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing communication and influencer campaigns
Proven working experience running successful B2B communication campaigns for brand awareness, and building credibility and trust as key factors of success
Managing budgets effectively to deliver on business results
Demonstrating ROI and working towards weekly and monthly targets
Effective at managing workload, prioritizing projects, and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven organization
Qualifications/Education
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Management, Marketing (or equivalent)
