Complete preventive maintenance routines and inspections; address recurring issues to reduce repeat calls and downtime. Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests with a service-focused approach.

Follow all safety procedures and ensure team adherence (PPE, ladder safety, lockout/tagout practices where applicable). Maintain accurate logs and documentation (work orders, maintenance records, meter readings, inspections, incidents). Maintain parts/tools inventory and organize storage; request materials as needed.

Projects & energy savings

Support small projects and renovations: scope, plan, coordinate, and follow through to completion. Identify energy-saving opportunities and support efficiency initiatives through maintenance best practices.
