We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installation processes, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing installation projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise installation teams on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company standards. Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project specifications and timelines. Train and mentor junior installers, providing guidance on best practices and techniques. Conduct quality checks on completed installations to ensure they meet company standards. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used and time spent on each project. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and organized.

Requirements

G2 license 313D preferred Proven experience in installation work, with a strong understanding of relevant techniques and materials. Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and management. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform manual labor as needed. Join us as we strive for excellence in every installation project!

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
