About SISU Spa

SISU Spa is a Nordic-inspired contrast therapy and wellness space opening December 15, 2025, in the heart of McKenzie Village, Revelstoke.

Our brand-new facility will feature private saunas, cold plunges, and treatment rooms, designed to restore, recharge, and reconnect body and mind.

We're building something truly special -- a destination for locals and travelers alike to experience authentic wellness and exceptional service.

About the Role

We're looking for an energetic and organized Lead Host to join our opening team.

As the Lead Host, you're the rockstar of the spa -- the face of SISU Spa and the heartbeat of daily operations. You'll set the tone for each guest experience and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

You bring positivity, professionalism, and a passion for creating five-star experiences every day.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and manage check-ins, bookings, and client flow. Lead by example and ensure all hosts and attendants complete daily duties. Maintain a high standard of guest service and resolve any issues with care. Support smooth operation of spa areas (saunas, cold plunges, and treatments). Uphold cleanliness, safety, and calm throughout the facility. Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Contribute to a fun, positive, and motivated team environment. Support management with reports, scheduling, and daily task coordination.
Oversee staff performance, provide guidance, and support team members in maintaining service excellence.

About You

High-energy, positive, and people-focused. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in spa, hotel, or wellness environments preferred. Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure. Comfortable with booking systems and POS platforms. Passionate about health, wellness, and creating outstanding guest experiences.

Compensation & Perks
