Foreman/Lead Hand

Turf Masters is currently seeking qualified individuals to fill the role of Foreman/Lead Hand. With excellent advancement opportunities, this position will appeal to those looking to build a career in the landscape/construction industry.

Experience:

At least 2 years construction experience on landscape or earth moving projects. At least 1 year experience leading a construction crew Heavy equipment operating experience is an asset.
Abilities:

Knowledge of basic construction methods. Leadership of a crew to maximize crew productivity. Documentation of the project progress, reporting of employee hours, etc. Understanding of construction drawings and following site layouts.
Requirements:

Willing to comply with and promote adherence to corporate policy and protocol. Able to lead a construction crew performing the tasks required on a daily basis. Have a valid driver's license with a clear abstract. Maintain a positive attitude towards working with team members while performing required tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
